Crowns are a way to restore teeth that have been damaged by extensive tooth decay or an oral injury. The crown restores the tooth and protects it from further damage. They are shaped just like a natural tooth and can help restore your smile and bite. Crowns are typically made out of porcelain ceramic material and can also be used to cover a discolored or misshapen tooth.

A dental bridge is a way to replace a missing tooth when there are teeth on either side of the missing tooth. It looks natural and is made out of a ceramic or porcelain material to match the surrounding teeth. The new tooth is held in place by two crowns. Dental bridges are made in a way that looks natural while resolving oral health issues. 

Dental implants are a permanent solution to replace missing teeth. Dental implants are titanium posts that are surgically positioned into the jawbone, beneath your gums, to provide stable support for artificial teeth. With dental implants, it is possible to replace one or to restore a full arch of teeth. Multiple implants can be used if you are missing a few of your teeth. Dental implants are durable, long-lasting, and help protect the health of your jaw, making them a great option for restoring missing teeth.

We offer tooth colored composite resin restorations. These restorations are bonded on to your existing tooth structure and require less removal of your natural tooth structure compared to silver amalgam restorations. They can be customized to match the color of your teeth and often have a stronger hold compared to metal amalgam fillings.

We always try to save your natural teeth, but sometimes a tooth extraction is the best way to eliminate your pain and discomfort and prevent further complications. Teeth may need to be extracted if they are very damaged by tooth decay, cannot be saved by a root canal, or have been damaged by gum disease. We have experience in removing teeth quickly and comfortably. We will also discuss your options for replacement of the tooth so that you don’t end up with an unsightly gap in your smile, or a decreased ability to chew.

Sometimes teeth with deep decay, trauma, large cracks, or abscesses may need root canal therapy. Root canal therapy is the best way to restore your smile if you have an infected tooth. If left untreated, it will lead to the eventual loss of your tooth. During the root canal, your dentist will remove the infected and inflamed nerve along with any decayed tooth structure. The tooth is then disinfected, filled with root filling material, and restored with a filling or a crown.

A denture is a removable apparatus that is intended to replace missing teeth and their surrounding tissue. Full dentures are for patients with complete permanent tooth loss. Partials are for those who still have some natural teeth remaining in their mouth. Partials and dentures can be a solution if you have suffered significant loss of teeth due to decay, injury, or other factors.
